Return, Exchange, and Refund Policy
Returns and Exchanges: We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused, in its original packaging, and with all tags intact. Items such as innerwear, swimwear, Cosmetics and Beauty Products, Customized or Personalized Items, Perishable Goods, Opened Electronics or Software, Final Sale Items and custom-made products are non-returnable.
Refunds: Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 working days after we receive the returned item and inspect its condition. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method.
Return Shipping: The cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer unless the product received is defective or incorrect.
